Select file menu > utilities > set up ODBC in QuickBooks
Click on the General tab in QuickBooks Enterprise

Select use the company file that now opens in QuickBooks option
Enter QuickBooks Data in the data source name
Click on the test connection to QuickBooks button.

The message will appear on the screen displaying “Test Connection to QuickBooks Successful“. Click on Ok > apply
Select the messages tab

Clear the check box detail tracking
Select the checkbox Detail Tracing
Select the Display driver status to check the details on which ODBC is working
Click apply

Select the optimiser tab

Select the user optimizer
Click on Start of every query > apply

To exit the ODBC driver set up click on Ok
