  9.  If prompted to share your company file, Choose one of the following options,:
    • Yes: If you are running File Doctor on the computer hosting the company file (only choose this if you are running File Doctor on your server computer or host computer).
    • No: If you’re running File Doctor on a laptop that’s not hosting the corporate file (aka your Workstation).
  10. You have to attend the File Doctor finishes diagnosis.
  11. After the tool finishes designationyou’ve got to shut File Doctor.
  12. Regardless of the results screen, to examine if the problem is resolved, attempt gap your QuickBooks file once more.

Solution 4: Change QuickBooksDBXX service to Local System Account

  • Click on Start.
  • Type  MSC and press Enter, In Search Bar,
  • Right click on the QuickBooksDBXX service.
  • Click on Properties and Select the Log On tab.
  • to Local System account, Choose the radio button and select next
  • Click on Apply, and then select OK.
  • You can switch to Multi-User again.
